GoJokpot Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Should Know

GoJokpot operates under a valid PAGCOR online gaming license. All gaming activities on this platform are conducted in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

These Terms apply to all games, services, promotions, and features available on gojokpot.com, including sports betting, live casino, bingo, esports betting, and the VIP Club program.

GoJokpot reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, the applicable law or regulation shall prevail. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any activity on GoJokpot. This is a hard requirement under Philippine law. If you are under 21, you are prohibited from using this platform in any capacity.

GoJokpot reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or any PAGCOR-recognized government-issued identification showing your date of birth.

By registering, you confirm that you are not: (a) a minor under Philippine law; (b) a PAGCOR employee or immediate family member of a PAGCOR employee; (c) an employee of GoJokpot or any of its affiliated entities; (d) located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

If GoJokpot determines that a player has misrepresented their age or eligibility, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and the matter will be referred to PAGCOR for regulatory action. Any bonuses or winnings accumulated during the underage period will be forfeited.

Each individual is permitted to register one account only on GoJokpot. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. This includes your real full name, valid email address, current Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. GoJokpot may verify any or all of this information against government-issued identification.

Account credentials — your username and password — are your personal responsibility. Do not share them with anyone. GoJokpot will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.

GoJokpot strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Enabling 2FA adds a second layer of verification that protects your funds even if someone else obtains your password.

Account names cannot be changed after registration. If your legal name changes (e.g., due to marriage), contact our support team to initiate a formal name update process, which will require supporting documentation.

GoJokpot conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Players may be asked to submit identification documents before withdrawals are processed or when account activity triggers a review threshold.

All transactions on GoJokpot are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). GoJokpot does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. There are no deposit fees charged by GoJokpot, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Accepted Philippine payment methods include: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks. GoJokpot does not accept deposits from financial institutions outside the Philippines.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. GoJokpot targets processing all approved withdrawals within 5 minutes for GCash and Maya, and within 24 hours for bank transfers.

GoJokpot reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a regulatory requirement under Philippine AMLA law, not a discretionary policy. Players who cannot complete KYC verification will have withdrawals placed on hold until verification is completed.

Deposits that are made in error or that cannot be matched to a valid GoJokpot account will be reversed to the originating payment method within 3–5 business days. Contact our support team immediately if you believe a deposit has not been credited correctly.

GoJokpot does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits found to originate from third-party accounts may be reversed, and the depositing account may be subject to review.

The minimum bet amount for sports betting on GoJokpot is ₱50 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event type. Current maximum limits are displayed in the bet slip when you add a selection. GoJokpot may adjust these limits at any time for risk management purposes.

All bets are final once confirmed. GoJokpot does not offer a cancellation window for sports bets after confirmation. Please review your selections, odds, and stake carefully before clicking "Confirm Bet."

If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled and not played within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If the event is rescheduled and played within 48 hours, bets remain valid on the rescheduled game.

In-play (live) betting odds fluctuate constantly based on real-time game events. GoJokpot makes every effort to maintain accurate live odds but accepts no liability for odds displayed during known data delay periods. Bets accepted during a clearly delayed feed will be reviewed and may be voided at GoJokpot's discretion.

Obvious errors in odds — including but not limited to odds that are materially incorrect due to technical failure or human error — may result in bets being voided regardless of whether they have already been settled. GoJokpot will notify affected players and return their stakes in full when void decisions are made.

Any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting coordinated to exploit GoJokpot's bonus terms, or use of automated betting software that places bets faster than is humanly possible is prohibited. GoJokpot reserves the right to void bets and close accounts found to be engaging in these activities.

All GoJokpot bonuses and promotions are subject to specific Terms and Conditions that are published alongside each offer. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms apply to that promotion only.

Bonuses are credited to your GoJokpot account balance as bonus funds. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a rollover) before they can be withdrawn as real money. Each promotion clearly states the applicable wagering requirement, which typically ranges from 5× to 10× for sports betting promotions.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one welcome bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. If GoJokpot detects that a player has created multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, all related accounts will be closed and all bonus funds forfeited.

GoJokpot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. If a promotion is withdrawn before a player has completed the wagering requirement, the unconverted bonus funds will be removed and any winnings generated solely from those bonus funds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cashback promotions under the GoJokpot VIP Club are calculated based on net losses over the qualifying period. Cashback credited is treated as bonus funds and is subject to a 1× wagering requirement before withdrawal, unless the specific VIP tier promotion states otherwise.

All casino games and bingo rooms on GoJokpot use certified random number generators (RNGs) tested and approved by independent gaming laboratories. Game outcomes are provably random and not influenced or controllable by GoJokpot or any external party.

Live casino games are hosted by third-party studio providers licensed under their respective jurisdictions. The rules displayed within each live game interface are the binding rules for that game. In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game, the round will be voided and stakes returned.

For GoJokpot Bingo, players may purchase up to 6 cards per game session. Prizes are credited immediately upon confirmation of a winning card. In the event two players achieve a winning bingo pattern on the same called number, the jackpot prize for that round will be split equally between both winners.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each electronic casino game is made available to players on request. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term statistical returns and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

GoJokpot grants registered players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to scrape, mirror, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the platform's content or data.

GoJokpot's liability to any player is limited to the return of the player's deposited funds in cases where technical failures on GoJokpot's part have resulted in demonstrable loss. GoJokpot is not liable for losses arising from: (a) normal gambling outcomes; (b) player decisions made based on third-party information; (c) internet connection failures on the player's end; or (d) force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or platform outages caused by third-party infrastructure.

GoJokpot provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Emergency maintenance may be conducted without notice when required to protect platform integrity or player funds.

GoJokpot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) evidence of fraud, money laundering, or collusion is detected; (c) the player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms; or (d) PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities direct GoJokpot to restrict the account.

Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting GoJokpot support. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance remaining in the account (excluding pending bonus funds not yet converted) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 3–5 business days.

In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, GoJokpot reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds pending investigation. Real money deposits made by the player (net of any withdrawn amounts) will generally be returned unless they are subject to a regulatory freeze order.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your GoJokpot account, betting activity, or a payout, the first step is to contact GoJokpot's customer support team via the contact options available on the platform. Our team aims to resolve all complaints within 48 hours of receipt.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through GoJokpot's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which serves as the regulatory body with oversight over GoJokpot's operations. PAGCOR's complaints procedure is available on the official PAGCOR website.

All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered unless exceptional circumstances are demonstrated. GoJokpot maintains records of all player activity for at least 5 years in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

GoJokpot may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, platform features, or business practices. Material changes — those that substantially affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated via email to all registered players at least 7 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of GoJokpot after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you should close your account before the effective date. GoJokpot will ensure your real money balance is returned upon account closure in this scenario.

These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of GoJokpot are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through GoJokpot's internal complaints process or PAGCOR's regulatory pathway shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila unless applicable law requires otherwise.
